• International sales are final.
• Items must be returned in the same condition with intact tags and labels.

Returns Process:

• Returns can only be processed via post.
• Processing time: Up to 7 working days, including authentication.

Sell/Consignment:

• No returns or refunds for items sold to us or via our community.

Exceptions:

• No refunds/exchanges for Hermès items, pierced ear jewellery, special order items, and personal shopping-sourced products.
